Your vacation includes complimentary accommodations in Cancun, Mexico or the Riviera Maya, Mexico. for two adults and two children 12 year and under. Your vacation also includes complimentary airport-hotel shuttle transportation, most non-motorized water sports, unlimited access to our affiliated properties with complimentary shuttle service between our hotels (not valid for customer staying at the Riviera Maya), and special discounts on additional activities and upgrades.

A valid passport and a major credit card will be necessary for check in.

Yes, the certificate is 100% transferable. However, the new owner should meet the terms and conditions to be able to make use of the certificate. If the certificate is already registered under your name, in order to transfer it to a qualified family or friend, you must send us an email with your written approval giving all the rights to the new owner. The email must contain the full name, email account, phone number, and address of the new owner.

Yes, you may bring additional friends or family members but must discuss this with a reservations agent prior to arrival at the hotel. Additional charges may apply.

Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CST on Saturdays (Cancun Q. Roo time). Our office is closed on Sundays but you can send us an email at reservations@cancuncards.com or leave us a voice message at 1800 871 7915 and one of our vacation specialists will contact you early Monday morning.

Travel dates can be changed as many times as you like as long as you give us a 14 business days’ notice before your check in date. Date changes must be solicited in written form to the email account: reservations@cancuncards.com. You can also visit our official website www.cancuncards.com on the chat section and one of our vacation specialists will assist you in real time or contact us at 1-800-871-7915 and one of our kind representatives will assist you immediately.

We ask for all guests to have a confirmed reservation with us, prior to purchasing airfare. Your reservation is officially confirmed as soon as you receive a confirmation letter by email.

Once you have confirmed your reservation a confirmation letter will be sent to your email account. On the confirmation letter you will be able to find our transportations department’s toll free number and their email account. It is important for you to contact us via phone or email to provide us with your flight information at least 2 weeks prior to your check in date. Your flight information will be confirmed with you over the phone 15 days prior to arrival with a verification call from our transportation department to arrange airport pick up.
